A flare based early C19th pewter capstan inkwell

A flare based early C19th pewter capstan inkwell with its original ceramic liner & hinged lid matched with a tall Victorian stoneware ink bottle with pouring lip.

There are no markings on the inkwell - the bottle has the makers name embossed into the stoneware near the base - see pictures

Approximate measurements:
> Capstan inkwell height: 2.5" / 6cm
> Capstan inkwell width - top: 3" / 8.5cm
> Capstan inkwell width - base: 3.5" / 9cm
> Capstan inkwell ceramic liner width: 1.5" / 4.5cm
> Ink bottle height: 6" / 15cm
